We only ship to your confirmed address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before purchase.

Most orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days upon payment confirmation.

"Free Shipping" item will be posted by "China Post" registered air mail, items can be checked and tracked online.

Shipping normally takes 7 to 21 business days. Most of the items will be delivered in 2 weeks , while there will be a delay for something we can not control (such as the bad weather). If it happens, just contact our customer service, we will help you check and resolve any problem.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

We manage our business with lower overhead than a retail store or a company. We needn't employ many different departments, and needn't pay the much fees for advertising, renting a store, asking other team for alteration etc. Our clients can order dresses from our factory directly. Since we do not have to accommodate for these costs, we can pass the savings onto our customers.

1. Return is accepted within 7 days after the buyer's receiving the item. And item must be still in brand new and unworn condition, no stains to perfume.

2. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a prompt exchange or we will refund your payment.

3. Include your name, address, item, daytime telephone, how you paid, and if you are requesting a refund or exchange.

4. After getting the returned item, we will refund the customer at the item's price ( excluding the shipping costs to and from ).

5. For exchanging items, re-delivery cost will be charged. For returns, A 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
